Training Service Details:
One of OSHA-Pro’s OSHA-authorized outreach trainers will come to your facility or jobsite to conduct the 30 Hour OSHA General Industry course for your group of employees. The OSHA 30 hour course s typically conducted over four consecutive days.
OSHA Pro’s trainers are authorized by the Occupational Safety & Health Administration’s (OSHA) Training Outreach Division to deliver these classes at your site. Plus, we only use OSHA-Authorized Safety Professionals as instructors.
The OSHA 30-hour General Industry Course opens by covering general information about OSHA, such as an overview of OSHA, handling OSHA inspections, and tips on how to locate specific OSHA regulations. Then we address each subpart of the OSHA General Industry Standards including sections on basic electrical safety, fall protection, stairways & ladders, machine guarding, confined space entry, overhead & mobile cranes, PPE, and tools & equipment. Of course, we can focus more attention on those topics that are of most importance to your operations. So attendees leave the class armed with training, reference materials, and information that is truly meaningful. Each trainee also receives their own copy of the OSHA Code of Federal Regulations for General Industry (29 CFR 1910).
OSHA Pro’s can also customize the 30 hour OSHA training course specifically for MI-OSHA or Cal-OSHA general industry standards for our customers located in Michigan or California. Tailored courses for all other State OSHA plans are available as well.
Upon successful completion of this course, you have an opportunity to download and print a temporary certificate of completion. In addition, the official OSHA course completion wallet card will be sent to you in the mail after it has been processed by OSHA within 4-6 weeks of successful course completion.
